What Makes Me To Be An ICT Student

Information and communications technology or information and communication technology, usually abbreviated as ICT, is often used as an extended synonym for information technology (IT), but it is usually a more general term that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications(telephone lines and wireless signals), computers, middleware as well as necessary software, storage- and audio-visual systems, which enable users to create, access, store, transmit, and manipulate information. In other words, ICT consists of IT as well as telecommunication, broadcast  media, all types of audio and video processing and transmission and network based control and monitoring functions.

Being a Special Science Class student and being an ICT student was so fun. We learn so many things in Networking since we were in first year and now that I'm a fourth year student our learning's in networking was so fun and enjoyable. I learn so many things and that was an advantage to me for being an ICT student. They teach us all that in order to prepare us in the future.
My family, friends and love ones are my inspiration in life and being an SSC student makes me to be an ICT student.....

My Dream,My Future

What I want to do is travel deep and deeper into the dreamlands, to find that place that I know is waiting for me here. My home.

Someday, all i want in life is to have a complete and a happy family and reach my goals in life. That's all i want to dream of, a simple dream. And most of all I just want to be with my special someone someday building a one big happy family.

Dreams are symbolic in order that they cannot be understood; in order that the wish, which is the source of the dream, may remain unknown.
The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul, which opens to that primeval cosmic night that was soul long before there was conscious ego and will be soul far beyond what a conscious ego could ever reach.

Follow your own particular dreams. We are handed a life by peers, parents and society, you can do that or follow your own dreams. Life is short, be a dreamer but be a practical person.

Kannawidan Ylocos Festival

The province of Ilocos Sur has recently celebrated its Kannawidan Ylocos Festival. This year marks the province’s 193rd year based on the Royal Decree dated February 2, 1818 separating Ilocos Sur from Ilocos Norte. Prior to this date, the stretch of Bangui in Ilocos Norte down to Luna La Union is called Ylocos which is a term to refer to the coastal inhabitants. It literally meant “from the lowlands”.

Ilocos Sur especially Vigan is branded as the Heart of Ilocandia by the Philippine Historical Committee. It’s a province very rich in culture and heritage. Kannawidan means traditions and this province got to showcase all what she has. On January 31 to February 6, 2011 several activities were lined up for the celebration.

There was the tribal performance of the cultural communities of Ilocos Sur which is so fascinating. They displayed their talents as well as their indigenous costumes. Partuat ken Patanor Trade Fair showcased the products of the province such as longanisa, bagnet, garlic, bibingka, tinubong and many other foods including handicrafts. There was even eating contests of these delicacies of Ilocos Sur as well as basi drinking contest. Traditional games were played and bingo as well. There were Sarsuela and Komedya Ilocana which were shown. Choir competition was also held.
A battle of brains and beauty was witnessed during the Saniata ti Ilocos Sur pageant. Art exhibitions and competitions were also conducted. On the spot painting was done by the Saturday group from Manila while The Ilocandia Photographic Society put up its photography exhibit at the Archbishop’s Palace.

It was a fun-filled week of celebration of the Kannawidan Festival in Ilocos Sur.

Reflection

Learn from our mistakes.
We are about to end the school year. We  must learn from the past and face the coming future for us.
Being a high school student is my most memorable experience in my life that no one can steal. We must forgive  whoever done something bad at you because they are just human, a human being that commit mistakes in order for us to learn, grow and to be loved by someone else. I'm about to leave my Alma mater, Ilocos Sur national high school, maybe my memory will fade away someday but it will always be here in my heart my most memorable experiences in my high school life, the friendships, the care and the love that we build here will always remain and stained to our hearts..We must forget what pain is in the past. Let's leave the past and face the future that is coming to our way..
We must forgive and forget what really hurts the most and live life to the fullest!!!!!

New Year!!! New Me!!!

The year of fire dragon!!!!
As I welcome this year, I just have some plans in my life to change.
First, to forget all the pain in the past because all those moments lose in time like tears in the rain. Second, to live happily and to be with my family forever because our family are like branches of tree, we all grow in different directions yet our roots remain as one. And lastly to love my one and only man in my life to the fullest.
That's all what I want this year! New me, and simply me!

Keeping in Mind Our Mother Tongue

Mother is the name for God in the lips and hearts of little children.
The formative period for building character for eternity is in the nursery. The mother is the queen of that realm and sways a scepter more potent than that of kings or priests.
Mother is the  language for emotional and mental growth of a child.  A mother’s tongue is an indicator of cultural identity.  A mother’s tongue provides the basis for learning another language.
and the sweetest sounds to mortals are given,
are heard in Mother, Home, and Heaven.

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts
I love my mother as the trees love water and sunshine , she helps me grow, prosper, and reach great heights

Christmas is just around the corner. We now feel the cool air of December air. Over the radios we hear Christmas carols and jingles. In houses and offices we see Christmas lanterns hanging and lights twinkling. Christmas trees are now decorated.
Presents are being wrapped ready to be given away o Christmas. In the streets we already see some folks caroling. Do we really celebrate Christmas with the real essence?
Christmas should not be focused on the material things alone, preparing gifts, food, decorating a Christmas tree and other symbols of Christmas paraphernalia. It must be celebrated with a deeper sense and meaning.
Christmas must be done with the spirit of forgiveness and love. Forgiving someone’s fault or mess is the hardest task to do. It requires a lot of thinking before you can finally decide, especially so, if it is the reason why life becomes miserable; why love fails. But these circumstances can be forgotten if we put in our mind and heart the true essence of the yuletide season. Once you forgive, love enters into your heart. It will lighten your heart and establish a feeling of gladness and peace.
If the Divine Master can forget, forgive and love us, why can’t we, His creatures? If there is forgiveness and love in our heart, our nation would probably become peaceful, loving, united and wonderful place to live in.
Forgiveness and love must be the center of the Christmas season. So if you are still in the dark about forgiving come out in the open. Let fire and forgiveness shine up our nation.
